Digital Goods Return Policy

Non-Refundable Digital Goods

All digital products sold and transferred through our platform are non-refundable. This encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Electronic courses

  • Software licenses

  • Digital training materials

No Exceptions

Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered to the customer. This policy is applicable to all digital products, regardless of whether the customer has utilized or accessed the product.

Chargeback Consequences

If a chargeback is initiated for any transaction related to our CDL training services, including but not limited to:

  • Class A, B, or C CDL training

  • ELDT training

  • Online or in-person training programs

  • Any associated fees or costs

The following actions will be enforced:

  1. Account Sent to Collections: The account of the customer will be referred to a third-party collections agency for action.

  2. DOT Notification: The Department of Transportation will be notified to revoke the CDL license of the customer due to theft of services, if applicable.

Theft of Services

For this policy, theft of services is referred to any occasion where a customer receives CDL training services worth over $7,000.00 and subsequently requests a chargeback or disputes the charges without valid justification.

License Revocation

In instances where a CDL license has been obtained through our training program, and a chargeback is issued, we reserve the right to inform the Department of Transportation to revoke the license due to theft of services.

Customer Responsibility

By enrolling in our FMCSA APPROVED FAST-TRACK CDL Training Program, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this chargeback policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the terms of service and the consequences of initiating a chargeback.

License Agreement

By purchasing digital goods from our platform, you agree to the terms of our license agreement, which details both the permitted uses and restrictions associated with the digital goods.

We will process your reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The same payment method utilized for the order will be used for the reimbursement, and there won’t be any fees charged for this reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

For a return to qualify, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days,

  • The goods are in their original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items made according to your specifications or personalized.

  • Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or those which have reached their expiration date.

  • Items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.

Gifts:

If items were marked as a gift during purchase and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the items were not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
